NORTH BEND KENNEDY24 TWIN FALLS TRAIL HEAD MEET&GREET with CREAKY KNEES HIKE

A KENNEDY24 OUTDOORS MEET&GREET AT THE TWIN FALLS/OLALLIE STATE PARK TRAIL HEAD PARKING LOT (Near North Bend, Heading East off of I-90, Exit 34 in the Cascade Foothills) ~ Detailed directions to this trail head is available on the All Trails App. OR.. A western WA hiking book such as 55 Hikes Around Snoqualmie Pass (Mountain-to-Sound Greenway, Page#132 Twin Falls) Directions also available thru Google Maps under Twin Falls Natural Area. (There's basic toilets in the parking lot)

MEET friendly regional western WA Kennedy/Shanahan24 supporters that enjoy the outdoors and love to hike. Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, Bernie Bros, Green Party & Undecided voters are all welcome!!! (This will be a laid back outdoor gathering with open sharing of a variety of political opinions) Kennedy24 bumper stickers will be provided for your vehicle and/or your camping gear roof box. :)

BRING: A portable camping chair, a rain jacket and wear your Kennedy24 gear to this event. (IE: Tee Shirt, Hat Etc.)

BEFORE ATTENDING THIS MEET&GREET EVENT: Browse the Kennedy24 website POLICY page and watch some videos on their website. www.kennedy24.com (Be prepared to share a few policies that are personally important to you for our upcoming 2024 POTUS election) You should be able to pull up the Kennedy24 website policy page on your cell phone in the trailhead parking lot.

PART 11 ~ OPTIONAL: At 3:30pm ish AFTER THE Kennedy24 TRAILHEAD MEET & GREET, JOIN ME ON A SMALL GROUP SCENIC EASY RIVER & WATER FALL HIKE TO TWIN FALLS. (ROUND TRIP: 3.5 miles, Approx. 2.5 ish hours needed to do entire hike at a leisurely pace with creaky knees, resting at scenic river beaches as needed ~ DIFFICULTY: Easy to moderate uneven terrain on a hiking trail ~ ELEVATION: Approx. 700 feet with some up&down) Go as far as you like, the first part of this hike is very gentle following the river. More up&down elevation gain and loss the last part of this hike and there's some MUDDY sections. Wear your Kennedy24 gear. (IE: Tee shirt/Hat/Hoodie Etc.) I bring my portable water resistant RFK Jr. yard sign and hike with it in a medium sized backpack. BRING: A small daypack for this hike with some water and a trail snack, Wear trail shoes or sturdy hiking boots and even some short mud gators, a rain jacket & a hiking pole if desired. OPTIONAL: Bring a camera of some type, all the multi water falls on this canyon hike are majestic!!! (There is WI-FI on this entire canyon trail. I use Verizon and I have no problem sending a text or a Tweet with an attached photo from this hiking trail...)

NOTE: Twin Falls/Olallie State Park REQUIRES a Discover Pass to park at this trailhead parking lot. (A $10 day pass can be purchased thru a self pay Kiosk station at the parking lot OR... Obtain an annual WA state Discover Pass before you come here. $30 for annual pass and available at Big 5/REI/Sportman's Warehouse Etc.) If the parking lot is completely full, just park on the side of the road with your Discover Pass hanging on your vehicle mirror.
